Work ranges from large spaces to objects at the human scale which encompasses: master planning, retail, institutional, residential, hospitality, and furnishings which have been built through rooftop additions, gut renovations, adaptive reuse, new ground-up construction, and imaginative proposals. Furthermore, the studio takes a very hands-on approach through the entire design and realization process to assure a high level of quality control.

Principal Alex Gil has lived and worked in New York City for over 18 years. His professional experience is expansive and includes: supervising highrise construction in New York City, creating large contemporary residences, designing schools for the office of SOM, and collaborating with the architectural theoretician Lebbeus Woods. Alex has studied design and architecture extensively and holds a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union. He is a registered architect in Illinois and New York.
